(sorry for no exact measurements, this doesn't need it)
Hand full of frozen red cherries
Hand full of frozen strawberries
about 1/2 cup to a cup of light chocolate soy milk
two spoon fulls of fat free plain yogurt
Tbsn or so of unflavored fiber powder
1/2tbsn to 1 tbsn coco powder (only 10 calories a tbsn!)
a drop or two of honey and vanilla extract for sweetness and aroma
three ice cubes
blend until creamy and smooth. Too make is feel extra desserty add a small amount of fat free whipped cream to the top.
It is like a chocolate covered cherry delight! Pretty low in calories and packed with good stuff- antioxidants, protein, calcium, fiber... mmmmm
I think next time I'll try banana and a little peanut butter instead of chocolate milk/powder
I have to admit, that sounds pretty awesome. It makes me wish I had a blender.
